Course Objectives:

  • - Describe how the brain processes experiences
  • - Explain at least 3 reasons processing gets stuck and 3 symptoms experienced when it does
  • - Summarize the foundation of sensorimotor psychotherapy
  • - Demonstrate at least 3 sensorimotor tracking and mindful awareness interventions
  • - Implement inside and outside brainspotting
  • - Apply gaze spotting
