Mindfulness, Transformation and Vitality:  Tools for Empowering 21st Century Women

"We invite and welcome self-identifying women, of any age or sexual orientation, and encourage women of color to attend."

Join this unique campus-wide gathering of women coming together to focus on kindling passion, connection, and courage in the face of today's unique stress and challenges. Led by four internationally renowned workshop leaders, authors, speakers, and scientists, this workshop will bring together the latest scientific findings with experiential practices to help you renew, reflect, and reboot, align with your higher purpose, embody your power, and set a path for vitality and healthy longevity. Creating space for awareness through movement, mindfulness, and deep transformational exercises, you'll learn evidence-based practices to navigate your emotional landscape, craft a healthy daily life balance, and enhance your influence in the world.  We will also engage in compassion practices shown to rewire our brain, open to humanity, and blend strength with vulnerability. We will experience embodied yoga taught by Leila Swenson. This workshop will be a charging station to plug in and refuel with like-minded individuals on each of our unique and intersecting paths.  Be prepared for unanticipated mystery and delight within and between sessions.

For professionals who work with patients and clients, this workshop offers CE credits focusing on how to use these evidence-based knowledge, skills, and attitudes to help the people you work with.
