What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based treatment modality that bridges the gap between the mind and the body. Brainspotting opens up a neurophysiological healing vortex that heals the traumatized in a miraculous way. It works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional and body pain, trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and other challenging symptoms.

Who should come?
Classes are open to all counselors, psychologists, Social Workers, and MFT's, Addiction Specialists, health professionals and students who seek to expand their ability to heal trauma.
