Traveling to Washington, DC:

If traveling, please plan to arrive in Washington DC on Thursday, October 11th. The course will start at 8:00 am on Friday, October 12th. Return travel may be booked after 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 24, 2018.

 

Course schedule:

October 12: Registration and breakfast 7:30 am. Sessions 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Welcome reception 6:30-8:00 pm.

October 13: Breakfast 8:00 am. Sessions 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.

October 14: Breakfast 8:00 am. Sessions 8:30 am – 1:00 pm.

 

Meals:

ARPF will provide breakfast and coffee breaks throughout the course, plus the welcome reception on Friday, October 12th.

Lunch is on your own and available at the many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Dress Code:

There is no dress code requirement. Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to layer up.

 

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

ARPF understand that sometimes plans change and that is why we have the following refund policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to kirti@alzheimersprevention.org. Cancellations received by September 12th will be refunded entirely, except for a minimal credit card processing fee. Cancellations received between September 13th and October 1st will be processed minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 1st are non refundable.

 

 

 

Continuing Education

Satisfactory Completion
Participants must have paid tuition fee, signed in, attended the entire seminar, completed an evaluation, and signed out in order to receive a certificate. Failure to sign in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available. Certificates available after satisfactory course completion at www.ceuregistration.com

Psychologists

R. Cassidy Seminars is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to offer continuing education for psychologists. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for this program. 20 CE hours.

Psychoanalysts
