Online Home Study: $60.00

The course is appropriate for clinicians, families, and educators who are often challenged by adolescents with behavior patterns and emotional reactions that seem "uncontrollable". By recognizing the fundamental deficits in the teenager's sense of self-cohesion, participants can more clearly relate to and offer interventions for aggression, anxiety, self-destructive behavior, identity problems, self-esteem issues, and substance abuse.

Using an integrated treatment strategy emphasizing practical interventions from cognitive-behavioral therapy, self-psychology, and neo-Ericksonian interventions, this home-study course will help participants develop innovative ways of fostering self-control, self-esteem, self-regulation, self-efficacy, and self-soothing in teens.
