Super Resourcing: A Practice Based Webinar for Honing Skills

This is a Level Two Workshop: A Prerequisite for this course is an in-person or online Super Resourcing Workshop

This Online workshop consists of three components. Part One is a refresher course; we will review the basic principles and procedures of Super Resourcing (SR). Special attention will be given to the integration of Ego State psychology and the healing of attachment wounds. The Seven applications of SR will be discussed as well adaptions for special populations and issues. In response to individual SR consultation sessions, I have identified ten common clinical issues that arise in SR sessions. These will be elaborated on in order to increase your confidence and facility with using the protocol.

The heart of the workshop, Part Two, will be a guided practicum. Participants, in dyads, will be invited into Zoom breakout rooms. Each will have the opportunity to receive a Super Resourcing session as well as to provide one. The Zoom platform will allow participants to raise their hands in the event of questions as well as allow facilitators to enter rooms in order to witness and support the process.

In Part Three, we will be reassemble for group discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences in the practicum as well as ask questions. It will also be an opportunity for facilitators to surface general issues that surfaced for the participants during the practice sessions.

This Three part workshop will include: Lecture, PowerPoint, Handouts, guided practicum and Group Discussion/Questions and Answers.

This program is for 3.25 CE
